What RCXUS is

RCXUS (Research Chem Exchange US) is an independent price-comparison and information service. It collects publicly listed prices and order conditions from supplier websites and shows them side by side. The exchange-style layout is a design choice. RCXUS is not a stock, securities, commodities or crypto exchange.

What RCXUS is not

RCXUS does not sell any substances, is not a marketplace, and does not take or process orders. You buy, if at all, from a supplier's own website and on that supplier's terms.

Supplier, brand and product names are used only to identify listings. Naming a supplier, brand or product does not mean it endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with RCXUS.

RCXUS does not vet or endorse suppliers. We do not independently verify any supplier's identity, a product's identity or purity, stock, shipping, or checkout totals. A listing is not a recommendation.

Information only

Everything on RCXUS is information. It is not medical, legal, financial or investment advice. We provide no dosing, treatment or human-use guidance and do not encourage human or animal use of anything listed. Listings are described by suppliers as research materials; a "research use" label is not an approval of any kind.

We do not claim that any information shown on RCXUS is accurate or factual, and we do not promote, encourage or recommend the purchase or use of any substance.

You are responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Accuracy and availability

Listings are collected automatically from public supplier pages and public product feeds, usually once a day. Prices, stock and conditions change without notice and may be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Unknown details are shown as unknown. Always check the supplier's own page before relying on anything shown here.

Comparisons, medians, averages, indexes, trend lines and rankings are calculations on listed prices. They are not ratings of any supplier, and say nothing about a supplier's quality, reliability, legitimacy or the safety, identity or purity of anything it lists. A low price is not a recommendation and a high price is not a warning.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give us accurate information. Your account is for you alone: do not share your sign-in details or let others use your account. You must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the site.

Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are not available yet. When they launch, plans will be monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. Plan names, prices and benefits will be shown before you pay. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be billed again. Because RCXUS is an information service, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time in a billing period.

Sponsored placements

Some placements may be sponsored. Sponsored placements are labeled, time limited and separate from the organic ranking, which they do not change.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access private or administrator areas, interfere with the site, or use RCXUS for anything unlawful.

Do not use bots, spiders, scrapers or other automated tools to copy, crawl or extract RCXUS listings, rankings, search results, price history or other data. You may use the export features we provide for your own use. Do not resell, republish or redistribute RCXUS data, and do not use it to build or improve a competing price-comparison or data service.

An account or membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and use the information for your own non-commercial research.

Links to other sites

Listings link to supplier and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Ownership

The site, its design, and our compilation of listings belong to RCXUS or its licensors. Supplier names and product names belong to their owners.

No warranty and limits on liability

RCXUS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. INFORMATION ON RCXUS COMES FROM THIRD PARTIES, IS NOT VERIFIED, AND IS NOT PRESENTED AS FACT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RCXUS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANYTHING SHOWN ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO RCXUS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

Your use of RCXUS is at your own risk. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability or warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or your use of RCXUS must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
